The ticketing staff is the company's business card, the first direct contact that the customer has with the company. It is responsible for the direct sale of travel tickets. Compensation and classification as required by the CCNL.

The training course is aimed at the acquisition of specific skills in relation to:
- use of the ticketing program;
- Customer Support
- cash management

Main activities

- direct sale of travel tickets
- support for customers who have already purchased online with general information

Requirements required

- language skills (an excellent knowledge of English is required)
- experience in the tourism sector preferable
- basic computer skills
